Report: No one had a copy of the October minutes.

Coach Obie passed out a report from Page who was absent due to a very important
birthday party!
Final
Balance for Nov 2 is $4065. Some
activities in the account are as follows: Deposits
from Snack Bar $3107. Deposits from
Fundraisers of $4376. Snack Bar
Stocking $3467.99. Out for
Fundraising of $1522.82. Amounts
out for teams $564.99 and activities of $219.54.
These numbers are for the dates from late August til present.

Update: Todd is going to start
working with Coach
Obie for a “Ask the AD” video section on the website.

BUSINESS:

Snack
Bars: Doing well.
1.
We
have some amazing volunteers this football season that have worked and have
helped make the snack bar a success. Thank
you Nicole, Merry, Maki, Fran, Myrna, Russ,

We
may try a popcorn vendor.

Coffee

Nanette
asked Coach Obie to speak to the junior high parents about Baseball/Softball snack
bar. We need a schedule of
volunteers before we will get it cleaned out and stocked.

requested a volunteer schedule and we told him it is on the website.

will get a schedule to the coaches for tournament volunteers for basketball.

Trees:
Boosters sold 23 trees and 28 wreathes for a total around $350

Cross
Country Canopy: Canopy was
ordered, paid for, picked up but not detailed yet.
Coach Obie and Paula’s source for detailing fell through.
Coach Obie said to contact Nicole, she may have a source.
D.
Half
Time Drawings: Thank you to Renee
and Kari who both promoted the sale of tickets at the last 2 football games.
We still have items for the Homecoming game.

Night: still have 40 plus fans for
next year!!

BUSINESS:

Obie
asked about who our Sponsorship Collector is…we do not have one.
OPEN
FORUM:
Welcome new Head Varsity Coach David Carroll!
Coach Carroll was coach here 12 years ago and we are happy to have him
return. He has had a small
opportunity to get acquainted with the team and gear but has seen an immediate
need for practice jerseys and basketballs.
Boosters had allowed $500 this past summer to varsity boys bball and not
all of it was used. Coach Obie will ask
Page to review the funds and he will purchase ball for Coach Carroll with the
money remaining. As for the
jerseys, Coach Carroll came to us with an estimate on the jerseys from Valley
Sporting Goods but the timing is 2 to 3 weeks.
Nanette will contact CustomPlanet and BugSpot for bids from them.
Renee also has a source that could possibly be able to help.
The Boosters approved for 25 jerseys but no shorts for the $15 each or
less from the best timing vendor. We
will continue this outside of the meeting so Coach can get his stuff!
Coach also had some questions about a Vegas tournament he has for right
after Christmas. Thank you Coach
